Our kids mindfulness pack is a fantastic resource for any toolkit, especially during times of stress and anxiety. Use the daily planner to create a visual schedule for your day ahead. We have included a beautiful wooden worry doll, for you to share your thoughts and concerns with, and who you can take to an adult to talk about your day with. The mindfulness colouring book is a fun way to explore and practice mindfulness in a fun and educational way, with lots of joyful illustrations to colour, plus positive quotes and fun drawing activities too. Each pack also contains a copy of the book No Worries, which is a mindful kids activity book, for young people to colour and doodle their way to being happy, calm and confident. Use creativity to combat stressful moments, work out worries and put anxiety back in its place with the writing and doodling activities. Presented in a reusable bag with handles to take with you when out an about.
